Located on the edge of the historic town centre of Bormio, 500 metres from the ski-lifts and 300 metres from the Thermal Baths, the hotel offers a fusion of mountain living and relaxation. Each of the spacious rooms enjoys panoramic views over the Italian Alps from the balcony, whilst the reading room and bar create a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant gives you the opportunity to discover and savour both typical Valtellinese and international cuisine. A fitness/wellness centre, fully equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, hydro-massage and gym, is available for you to relax in at the end of a long day. A large garden, ski room and games room can also be used during your stay. Ski passes can be bought directly at the hotel.

You can also seek personalised advice from the beauticians, for a wellness programme based on your individual needs. The 3 Bormio thermal spas (Bormio Terme, Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi) have spa waters between 36°C and 41°C. They offer swimming in both adult and children’s pools, as well as relaxation in saunas, Turkish baths and hydro-massage pools. Mud-therapy, water-therapy, physiotherapy, vascular circulation treatment and other wellness treatments are also available. Hotel Cristallo is one of the Bormio Terme Spa associated hotels, meaning you can take advantage of a 10% discount on admission charges to the wellness section.

The hotel's bar is open daily from 8:30 to 00:00 serving a range of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 07:30 to 10:00 and for dinner from 19:30 to 21:30. The restaurant offers traditional Italian food, international favourites and local specialities. Once a week a traditional Valtellinese dinner is served. The half-board service includes a buffet breakfast with the choice of a wide selection of dishes.
